great tasting muffins

After my lunch with my hubby at Amoy Street, I went to tanjong pagar plaza and spotted this shop selling muffins. I was attracted by the strong aroma of the muffins and decided to buy three of them home to try. I bought thechocolate muffin, a blueberry muffin and a banana chocolate muffin home. My children ate first leaving the blueberry one for me. When I bite into the muffin, I was surprised at how light the muffin is. The muffin is the fluffiest that I have ever eaten and it is not too heavy

My children ate first leaving the blueberry one for me. When I bite into the muffin, I was surprised at how light the muffin is. The muffin is the fluffiest that I have ever eaten and it is not too heavy on butter, but yet still very tasty. At the bottom of the muffin, there is even some bits of blurberry jam which I thought was very nice since it is sweet and it complements the muffin a lot. I can't wait to get my hands on them again!
