It's been awhile since I last ate at Eighteen Chefs. A little background of Eighteen Chefs, owner Benny Se Teo, used to be a drug addict who turned over a new leaf. He has come a long way from his drug addiction and now runs several eighteen chef outlets sprawled all across the island.
