I love my char kway teow dark and messy; green colored one impress me as well.I went to Pasir Panjang and tried the well known Green Char kway Teow, I asked the uncle to make my noodled ‘darker’. 100% full of Wok hei the moist and well charred kway teow is still springy; sweet dark sauce coats evenly on the noodle as well as the fluffy eggs. Cockles were clean and well cooked; a ‘pool’ of green vegetable acts like a blanket waiting for me to reveal the hot and delicious noodle inside.
