They also manufacture their own pastries in-house. Mini tarts, cookies, eclairs, puffs and cakes for hi-teas or as an accompaniment to buffet spreads. They will be able to provide customised catering solutions for all occassions including lunch catering, finger food catering, Christmas dinner catering, etc.
