If you're looking for a light and healthy snack to sate any hunger pangs from shopping, then Yonehachi in Takashimaya food hall is the place to go! It boasts a wide variety of traditional Okowa rice, which is steamed mochi rice with various fillings ranging from salmon to red bean. At $8.80 for a box, each piece comes up to be about $1.80 so it's about the price of a piece of sushi.

It is definitely best eaten fresh and warm from the stall and my favourite flavour would have to be the salmon one as it was tangy and chewy. The rest were decent and tasted exactly like what their key ingredient is and although I would probably not repurchase the rest of the flavours, if I am ever ready for a light meal in town, this is one of the places I would definitely go.
