I'm not too sure of the origins of this place but it seems to have been taken over by the enterprise guru "Kopitiam". Place was lit up really brightly even during daytime and the chairs and tables look very clean and sparkly. However, I think they cater to small families as the tables were quite small. The fish was quite fish as well, and there's no fishy taste like the previous reviewer had mentioned. I guess they probably changed vendors too as the aunty who took my order was very cheery! I will try other items at the store next time round!
