Heaven in a Cup!

If you're a big chocolate fan like me, you'll LOVE this Chocolate Lava Cake. The top half consists of a warm sponge cake with oozy liquid chocolate inside. Personally, I would prefer the chocolate to be thicker, richer and darker. But this cup of chocolate is not bad at all! The bottom half is made up of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For $5 this convenient dessert is simply heavenly!
