Were impressed right from the start, before we even stepped into the bistro. On the day of the dinner, we received a sms from one of the staff welcoming us and checking if all the diners had any special request/ dietary restrictions. Not even 5-star restaurants do that, so Praelum definitely scored on making customers feel highly valued. Once inside, any one would feel right at home, with the brisk, friendly and unassuming service from All staff (which is quite a feat in today's good-service-starved society).

Food-wise, they also left a deep impression on us with their excellent cuisine and wine pairings. From the cold platter, honey ginger ribs, seafood bouillabaisse to the caramelised banana with vanilla ice cream, everything was delightful and we left satiated and happy.

Great food, great service, cosy ambience, what more could anyone ask for? Praelum - we'll definitely be back! (P.S. If you are reading this Gerald, please do put the honey ginger ribs on your main menu!)
