I was quite excited when I saw that Eng Ho Hokkien Mee ($3/4/5/8) was one of the hawker dishes to be voted as a dish to compete with Chef Ramsay. So I told myself that I must give this store a try!I ordered a plate. The wait was super long. I figured I waited around 30 minutes. The smell from the hot and steamy plate was so awesome. I dug my chopsticks into the beehoon and mee combo. It was moist and slippery. The fragrant and the hinge of lime that I squeezed in was all so perfect.
The sotong and prawn were all very fresh.
Overall, it's a thumb up. Pretty worth the wait.
