I was at at NUS career fair that used Rasel as a lunch caterer. The buffet table was nicely decorated with flowers. The options for staples were mushroom steamed rice and fried Mee tai Mak which was the more popular option. The rice was fragrant though I couldn't taste any mushroom. The mee tai mak was too oily for my liking. The chicken rendang was not bad, not too spicy and the chicken was tender and mostly thigh pieces. The fish was very mushy and the Hong Kong style sauce tasted like pure honey

The desserts were okay. Not bad and also not that fantastic. But I was amazed by the variety off of they provided.
