i was just craving for a light dessert after dinner. I initially wanted to buy a sinful slice of chocolate cake but I managed to control that nasty urge. I settled for yoguru instead. Fro-yo does have a lot of benefits and most importantly, it is not fattening. I ordered their original flavor, I tried their green tea flavor before and it was good, so I decided to get their original flavor this time round. Did not order any toppings as I wanted to enjoy the goodness of this plain fro-yo. It was indeed smooth, not icy and very milky taste. It really does soothes your throat after a spicy meal and I heard fro-yo aids in digestion too.
