ikan bilis is deep fried till crisp and is not oily. a good amount of ikan bilis is served, sufficient to go with the rice. chicken wing marinated with spices, fried till crisp brown. it is pre-heated before serve. flavored and crispy when eaten, meat is tender, not dry. is not oily, a plus point given.

overall, is a impressive plate of nasi lemak, simple yet full of surprises. highly recommended. I will definitely revisit YEAH RICE again. a hidden gem at Chomp Chomp Food Centre, another pleasant stall added to the place. now food lovers have more choices to select. YEAH RICE has marked under MUST TRY list.
