As its name tells, Prata Wala specializes in serving Prata and Indian dishes such as Thosai, Murtabak and Uttapam. Sometimes I wondered how to flip the dough just like the expert Prata Man, a skill that not everybody can do it. It was not my first time visiting Prata Wala, yet it was my first time to eat Uttapam (costed $3.20). A thick pancake which was a crepe-like pizza with ingredients wrapped inside. Not oily at all, it tasted a bit like Thosai, the fillings was solid and satisfied. Dipping
