You know what, some food does more than sustain us. Especially through the alchemy of smoke and time, there was food that really can also nourish our soul. I ordered Satay as my appetizer before dinner. Most traditional meat for Satay was chicken, and the chef at this stall was obviously experienced. The Satay was not over-cooked, chicken’s texture was just nice. I like the gravy here, full of peanuts aroma, it was not too salty or spicy. Reasonable price, $0.60 per stick with minimum 10 sticks
