Love Japanese Food as I get to eat a lot without feeling so guilty as most of the dishes serve in Japaneses cuisine is raw, steam or soup. We had so many Alaska crab legs, crab flesh has medium firmness and tasted sweet with a hint of sea taste(salt). Paper hotpot, clear and light tasting broth with thin slices of succulent pork and crunchy mixed vegetables (soup tasted sweet after the vegetables and pork are cooked).
