I was shopping at North Point and decided to have lunch at Mayim, which is my favourite chinese cusine restaurant. Anyway, I tried one of the appetisers for the first time. Its jelly fish with shredded mushroom, celery, carrot and bean thread topped with shredded chicken. The combination was very refreshing but it would have been better if there were some kind of sauce to go with it. Makes an excellent side dish actually.

And of course, I had xiao long bao. Unfortunately, the price has increased yet again along with the whole menu changed. Mayim changed their menu and now its better organised and some new dishes were introduced.

Definitely looking forward to trying some of the new main dishes.

Price of appetiser: $5.50
Price of Xiao Long Bao: $0.80/piece (minimum 3 pieces)
