Ji Xiang ang ku kueh is an old brand name which most of the older generation will be familiar with. Their ang ku kuehs are also sold to other kueh stalls around singapore if I am not mistaken. I especially went there to get their ang ku kuehs even though it is slightly out of the way for me. I got a box of 5 peanut and 5 mung bean ang ku kuehs. The peanut ones have freshly grounded peanuts with sugar as filling and freshly ground peanuts are always especially fragrant. The ang ku kueh skin is soft and slightly chewy which matches well with the whichever filling that you order. My favourite has to be the peanut ang ku kueh!
