I passed by Jing Long and decided to get some takeaway, as they have quite a wide selection of dishes as I remember from my past visit. This time, I got the sliced fish and spinach; nothing special, but the spinach was quite well stir-fried. I also got their beancurd with golden mushroom and shimeji - tofu was silky soft, and I liked the crispy golden mushrooms, but they turned a little soggy when I got home.
