People who know me will know that I am a great fan of peanut. One of my favourite peanut snack is the peanut pancake from Jollibean. The peanut here is almost like peanut butter, like a spread. It is very generously applied on to the pancake and the filling is almost overflowing. The peanut pancake is very fragrant, I can smell it immediately when I open the box of pancakes. The peanut paste is thick and chunky and sweet. The pancake is quite thick, so the sweetness is just right for the pancake

The peanut paste is thick and chunky and sweet. The pancake is quite thick, so the sweetness is just right for the pancake. It is very filling as well, I ate one and I was quite full after that. Between peanut and red bean, I would say go for the peanut!
