This is one of the most impressive soup I ever tried. How often we are have different kinds of mushroom in the mushroom soup? Not only the soup was creamy and filled with the meaty mushroom flavor, the different type of mushrooms brought this soup to another level. The baguette was simply the best. It was more savory than the rest and roasted till super crisp. Served on a wooden board and deco with micro greens gave this soup a rustic feel. It was like dinning in the garden.

The batty was very thick but the bun was even bigger. Good skill from the chef, the batty was just well-done. Juicy and tender in the inside. However, the large amount of mayo and ketchup was overwhelming. They totally covered the taste of the beef. I love my burger with many fresh veg, but it was no where to be found in this burger.

The fried was crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside, but need a bit more seasoning.
The saddest thing about this meal was the handmade ketchup for the fried. There was still a raw tomato taste and the ridiculous spices. I actually bite into a coriander seed and it's taste exploded in my mouth. It was like biting into chinese five star spice.

The ultimate Big Breakfast for TWO! Sautéed Mushroom + Spinach + Hash Brown + Tomato + Scrambled Egg + Bacon + Sausage. I love Sautéed Mushrooms. It gives the dish a savory meaty feeling with a much lesser Kcal.

Scrambled Egg was silky and no rough part. Very nice done.
It was such a Bliss to finish up such a big breakfast. Personally I don't liked to eat the breakfast part by part. I liked to mix the ingredients together. Tried to have everything in one bite. With the savory and fatty bacon, it made everything tasted better. The best thing to do after devoting this big breakfast is to crawl back into bed and slowly "dream" off this big meal!!!

Honestly, Jones need to change their Sausages. It was simply the most disgusting sausages I ever tried. I couldn't recognize the meat inside and everything fall apart in my mouth. It was like eating dough but in a shape of a sausage.

Omelet for the win. One egg with two different texture. Slightly harden on the outside but soft and creamy in the inside. Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese wrapped with the egg and seasoned with lots of Parmesan. A dash of fresh grinned black pepper made this dish close to perfection.
Personally I felt that there was much Goat Cheese, as it's taste was overwhelming and covered the flavor of the Smoked Cheese. As a result, it took me a lot of effort to finish it.
