Had myself some winglets after a movie. Surprisingly, the winglets were not as oily as the usual chicken wings, drumlets, breasts or thighs. It reminds me a little of the Mc Wings at their competitor. The flour used seems different, probably due to the amount of corn starch used in the winglets.
