Need some spice for the night and went ahead ordering a bowl of kimchi ramen to satisfy the craving. A good wait of about 5 minutes before the kitchen came out with the hot bowl of ramen and those who came later in the queue had their order completed before me. While I'm expecting the noodles to be of instant noodles texture like what I had from most of the Korean stalls, it kind of fell short on my expectations. The noodles were thick, more like a bowl of chinese ramen immersed in kimchi soup.

While I'm expecting the noodles to be of instant noodles texture like what I had from most of the Korean stalls, it kind of fell short on my expectations. The noodles were thick, more like a bowl of chinese ramen immersed in kimchi soup. The fermented cabbage (kimchi) was included as part of the meal and bites of it were crunchy. The tangy and spice contents were present but not very distinctive. Though it tasted nothing special, they were quite good to satisfy my spicy crave for the night.

Cost: $4.50
