I have always liked the thousand layer colourful kueh from Bengawan Solo from the time I was a kid; Bengawan Solo has one of the best kuehs. I walked past and got myself a slice of it. The kueh was very soft and smooth, and you could peel off the different layers one by one, which tastes much better than biting it as a whole. It is also not too sweet. All in all a very enjoyable snack.
