Now, I have not eaten kway chap for years since I had a nasty one at Causeway Point Foodcourt (it stinks!). So, it did took me some courage to attempt this dish again.

I must advise any potential foodie, upon ordering your Kway Chap, to quickly put the tray away (tray stinks!). Then sit down and take a first sip of the soup! Yes, you saw the oil, but oh well, it's always the unhealthy food which tastes good, ain't it!

Noticed that the kway is translucent Its texture is so smooth in the mouth. It's like chee cheong fun that has been steamed sufficiently over time.

My kway chap did not include intestines (well, still need more courage to taste this food again!
). But the other food such as the preserved vegetables, pork and tofu were very delicious!

The seats near location of the stall are the cooler seats, since they are at the perimeter of the hawker centre. So, you can order from the stall, and quickly return to your seat.

Self-service from this stall though!
