Teochew Braised Duck. Kway Chap (Closed)

I had kway chap here with my friend last week after we did our dried goods shopping at level 3. Since both of us wanted to eat kway chap, we decided to order a larger portion for us to share. The pig organs (intestines) are all quite fresh, without any stench and are very well flavoured. The pork belly is also quite lean which is to my liking since I can devour the whole thing without feeling like it is too greasy. The chilli is slightly sourish which complements the kway chap. I will definitely
