Kway Teow with Soup.

I am very much a noodle person and this is one of the noodle stalls that i have been patronising regularly. The regular bowl of noodle is $3.30 but a bowl of such noodle with a hot pot of soup is only $4.00. It is definitely more economic to go with the latter. My choice of noodle has always been the thinner version of kway teow with the extra amount of chilli added. It served with a fair amount of braised mushroom. The pot of hot soup came with a handful of ingredients in it. It has pork liver

The pot of hot soup came with a handful of ingredients in it. It has pork liver, lean meat, minced meat, fishball and a poached egg. The soup tasted rather light.

A simple choice but an enjoyable meal.
