tried the famous lao ban at maxwell for the first time today. everyone was raving about it and the q is super long everyday. Today however, the q was quite reasonable with only 3 people in front. Hence i decided to give it a shot. Bought by quite a few for the family and friends.The tou hua, is not the normal kind with sugar syrup, but instead a pudding texture. it was really soft and silky. where it really just slid down your throat, the sweetness was also just rite.
