Since our last foray into the shop, we decided to get a 1.5kg lychee martini cake for our Dad. At $63, this was a reasonable price for a cake really. I would describe this cake as layers of sponge cake with the unmistakable scent of lychee. Between every layer, you'll find martini soaked lychee bits in light pink cream.
