Went for brunch with a few friends at PS Cafe Palais over the weekend as 1 of them just came back from US after being away for 1.5 years. Nice environment with a little outdoor feel & setting. Staffs were friendly & knowledgeable on their products & well versed to give recommendations. 3 of us ordered PS Big Bacon & Eggs and had our eggs done with just the egg whites as suggested by the server, which I personally find it taste rather bland.  3 of us ordered PS Big Bacon & Eggs and had our eggs done with just the egg whites as suggested by the server, which I personally find it taste rather bland. Bacon is super crispy which I like it a lot. I opt for Chorizo (pork) instead of beef sausage. We all agree that the loaf is slightly over-toasted at the side & a tad too chewy in the middle, thus making it difficult to cut with the knife.
