the queue at this zi char stall at dinner time is really long. But I think it was really worth the long waiting time. I ordered their luncheon meat and chinese sausage fried rice. firstly the fried rice is really fragrant. then the chinese sausage gives the dish a sweetish taste. The luncheon meat is on the saltish side, so it made the rice taste a little salty. The rice is cooked perfectly, you can see it grain by grain means it is not too clumpy. It is seasoned perfectly as well. really fillin
