Malaysia Boleh is always so packed... but I love it for its quaint rustic decor and also the traditional background music. Other than that, the stalls offers not your run-of-the-mill sort of hawker food, but Malaysian street food. Covered in sleek dark gooey gravy (sweet dark sauce, as I saw them drizzle a good amount into the wok) and eggy mixture, the thick noodles are very QQ to the bite and tasty. It was cooked on the spot and still very hot when I transported it to my table. The prawns were quite small and not juicy at all, quite a disappointment. Even so I prefer them to be this way than to be the overly-crunchy sort.
Overall, this is quite well-done but my personal preference is still inclined towards the Singapore version which is less sweet and more savoury instead.
