Mango Pie Cake

Its been a while since i came back to this cake shop as it was far from my current workplace. Bought a mango pie to go, never tried this before, i think its a new item. Delighted with the cold cooling mango slices on top of the crust, its also coated with probably a layer of sugar. The crust is also above average and feels solid and does not break easily. i think i taste cheese in the crust as well. At $6.75, its not the cheapest cake you can find but great taste, fine quality and nice presenta
