Went to Charly T's on a weekday afternoon and it was surprisingly empty unlike the other restaurants/cafes/eateries. Ordering was a hassle having to deal with reading off the board behind the cashier but I eventually settled for the pork ribs. However, I almost immediately regretted that choice.The sauce was cloyingly sweet, and it didn't complement the meat at all. The ribs tasted like they were boiled and then brushed with the sauce, because they were tasteless on the portions that wasn't soak

The only saving grace of the dish was the vegetables which were not overly boiled...
