i da bao the mee hoon kueh home for lunch. The lady will freshly cut whatever noodles you order. She use the machine to cut my mee hoon kueh, so I found it a little thick. However, she cooked it long enough to for the mee hoon kueh to taste very chewy and smooth. The soup is really very tasty, love how the egg floats on the surface of the mee hoon kueh. She added a lot of meat to the dish as well. It was indeed a very satisfying meal. I could barely finish three quarter of the portion.
