Kway Tiao Soup (small) at $2.50 is no doubt my favourite. This dish may look plain, but I like it - the kway tiao is "kway tiao kia" - small in width kind and when you slurp it, its very smooth. They says only teochew will order Kway Tiao soup. Yeah, I'm one. Okie, the soup has a bit of sweetness, the minced meat together with the liver is tender and chewable mixed with button mushroom slices as well as normal mushrooms. They uses a higher quality mushroom which is different from the usual Minced meat noodle stall. This mushroom has its own kind of fragrance. Customers may ask for more "Bah Poh (pork Lard)" but usually, i always omit it. Instead, I had my free flow of Spring onion. Yeah, its free flow. I like it.
Most of them go for their dry minced pork noodle with pork lards. I have ordered this bigger bowl at the cost of $3.00 with mee .Fragrance and spiciness together with the minced meat that blends well with noodle, the chilli has its own specialties that make this bowl of noodle perfect.
Every bowl of dry noodle ordered paired with a bowl of soup.The soup will taste richer with meat as compared to the kway tiao soup I mentioned.

A multistorey hawker centre place. Seats are aplenty during the dinner hours as most of the stalls are closed.

$2.50 for a comfy dinner is reasonably priced.
Recommendation / Tips
Although there are many outlets of 58 Minced meat noodle. I will still go to the one in Taman Jurong since they are the one I first started with and I have benchmarked the taste from here (there are 2 outlets in taman jurong) . I have tried other branches, their taste are different.
