This stall is quite popular with the steady stream of queue that never seems to dissipate. I saw quite a few people ordering the kway chap so I decided to follow suit. It is my first time trying out a vegetarian kway chap so I was quite curious about how it tasted. The ingredients are like the real kway chap with the vegetarian intestines, fried tau kwa, salted vegetables etc. I was very impressed with the vegetarian intestines because it is chewy and very flavourful, having absorbed the braised gravy well. The salted vegetables provide some crunch to the dish and made it very delicious since most of the items are more towards soft. The kway is also good, smooth and silky and the soup for the kway is very tasty as well with a slight herbish taste. Recommended!
