Coming to this stall, I took order for my lunch. There was quite a number of staff helping there, taking orders, cooking and serving customers. Dark Brown sauce, the gravy was salty, sweet and very fragrant. It was actually originated from Black Soy Sauce and I added mine with a little chilli. And, Wanton was in the plain soup. It looked attractive.

Dry-stirred till the sauce mixed up together with my noodles, Char Siew was grilled well. Veggies gave the crunchiness to the noodles, making the whole lively. Noodles were chewy and elastic. Portion wise, it was sufficient for one person indeed. Very inexpensive, it was $2.80 for mine.
