The Oyster Omelette ($4) has a very fragrant wok hei to it with much more egg than oysters, the way I like it. While it may seem not so generous, I don't really enjoy the oysters taste directly but more of the omelette egg when it has been stirred fried with the oysters. I like the revamped Boon Lay Market as it is much cleaner and the staff there are also conscientious in keeping the place clean. Thumbs up!
