Food I have been following this stall since 12 years back. Everytime during my visit to Sim Lim Square and without fail I will order its BCM (Bak Chor Mee) at $3.50. I have never tried any other stalls other than this.Comes with 3 Shui Jiao in the bowl of soup, 1 fishball, 1 prawn, 1 abalone slice, 1 fried dumpling mixed in the minced meat with braised mushroom slices taken out from the slow cooker. The shui jiao in soup is very good. You can order separately in a bowl.ServiceSelf Service. Queue

Service
Self Service. Queues are visible and you have to wait a while before your order. A lady will take the order and once the cook had prepared the noodles, she will add the spring onion for you and collect the money. This is how their operations work. There is free flow of pork lard, vinegar and cut chilli.

Ambience
Air con food court and crowded during lunch hours.
