Muslim Cuisine - Koufu (Closed)

Fried rice with ikan bilis is always one of my favourites! It is also fried with some packaged green peas, carrot and sweetcorns that give the sweetness that enhance the taste of the fried rice. The soya sauce blended chilli tastes really nice with adding of lime juice in it and yet it is not too sour. However, the chilli paste is a bit too salty as there is too much soya sauce added in. Overall, I think it's quite nice because it's not too oily or salty
