Fish & Co. (Closed)

I had the sambal pollock this time round for dinner.I had expected the sambal chilli to be quite spicy, but i was proven wrong.It was delicious with a nice blend of sweet and sourish saltiness.It pairs very well with the grilled pollock.I have never tried pollock before and i was surprised that it tasted fresh , with a tinge of sweetness in the fish meat.They had the bones removed too, which makes eating the dish a breeze.
