I will always go for Hup Hup's minced meay noodles whenever I am in ang mo kio. The noodles here are unlike those that I eat outside. The noodles are much more firmer and are slighter thicker which gives more texture to the noodles. The ingredients are also very fresh and tasty. I especially love the minced meat because it isn't too fatty at all and also the braised mushrooms which are very soft and smooth and juicy. It is still one of my favourite stalls at amk after so long.
