This stall was formerly from the hawker behind Toa Payoh interchange in the eighties. I have been an ardent supporter of this stall till now. The dish was moist but not overly greasy, just the right amount of sweet dark sauce to accent the savoriness, yet not overpowering it. Sea-hum were fresh and juicy! Perfect the dish by requesting for their homemade balacan chilli!
