one of the few places that still does mee siam the old way. it is nicely balanced and not overly spicy. it is in fact perfect! and the limes are important to have to break down the chilli. the bean sprouts are fresh and love the hard boiled egg in chilli sauce. the serving is very generous. the service is friendly and polite and fast. would order this over and over again. the assam is also just the right balanced in this dish. about $4
