the specialty here is the skin. apparently they made the skin specially with some special technique. it is evry thin skin and it does taste a bit better than others. it's softer and is not bleached white like others. the filling is not too bad. not fantastic but not bad either. i would order it again. the skin does get soggy real fast so best to eat it immediately rather than takeaway. it's not cheap but it's pretty good. it is quite a popular shop and the service can be unfriendly at times. for
