The impressive thing for me for breakfast at this stall this morning was how well my kway teow mee was prepared. I always feel that it is an art to be able to cook your noodles well, not overly cooked, clumped and soggy...Song Ji perfected it. In fact i was so impressed that i kept eating the noodles without the ingredients.
