This Beef Fried Bee Hoon is from the stall that sells local delights such as Char Kway Teow and Carrot Cake. Judging by the kind of food that the stall sells, one would think that the fried bee hoon might be as greasy as the others. However, this dish is not too oily. The white bee hoon was slightly springy and because it was not too oily, the dish did not become too sickening after a while.
