Not so good service attitude

For me, it was my very first time patronising this outlet at Junction 8 although it has been there for so long. The service was so so and the food standard was also so so only. It took quite a while before the service staff showed us to our seats although there was no queue. After we made our order, it took nearly 30 mins before our food arrived when the restaurant was not crowded at all. So disappointed. My order of fish n chips was quite oily.
