This is the only Fried Kway Teow stall in Alexandra Food Centre. Price is reasonable at $3 per plate. The cook today I supposed is the owner's daughter who seems rather young, perhaps only a teenagers but her skill in frying the kway teow is there. Watched her flip flop the kway teow and adding the chili and dark sauce, it seems like she's so used to it already. I hope she can inherited this skill and preserve it otherwise that would be the end of the fried kway teow business. Nicely presented i
Nicely presented in a leaf shaped plate, the fried kway teow she cooked is not so oily and the sweet soy sauce and chili is spread equally so it's not too sweet and not too spicy. Overall is good.
