I used to like eating rojak a lot as a kid because my mum would always ask if I want some from the famous Brother's Rojak at Clementi on her way back from work. I always have my rojak without chili and with more you tiao. =D I got to try this Rojak stall at Singapore Food Festival 2013 and although the you tiao was really crispy, there was nothing else special about it. I also thought that the sauce was too watery and bland. Quite a letdown for me.
